Downloads

The data, its manifest, its proofs, and the open instruments.

The register

FileWhat it is
qollqa-register-rev4.csvEvery entry, one row each
qollqa-register-rev4.jsonThe same data, nested
MANIFEST.jsonSHA-256 of each file in the revision
MANIFEST.json.otsOpenTimestamps proof
MANIFEST.json.tsrRFC 3161 timestamp token

Open instruments

Published for comment, openly licensed, unowned. The register claims no patent over any of them and any party may implement them.

FileWhat it is
qollqa-contribution-v0.1.schema.json Contribution schema, JSON Schema 2020-12. 11 of 11 conformance cases pass
qollqa-system-registry-v0.1.json 29 normalized system identifiers, 85 aliases
qollqa-claim-c14n-v1Claim canonicalization, so two parties hashing the same proposition produce the same digest

Verifying a download

Hash the files and compare against the manifest, then verify the manifest against its own proofs. The point of publishing the proofs is that this does not require trusting the register.

sha256sum -c MANIFEST.sha256
ots verify MANIFEST.json.ots

Licensing

The register data is available for licensing, including for uses that redistribute it. Write to registry@qollqa.org. The open instruments above are not licensed separately and carry no fee.
